It helps if you can tell us your location, the approximate size of your garden, what services you are interested in, and any particular goals or concerns you have. If you have a rough budget in mind, that information helps us tailor our suggestions. Photographs are always welcome but not essential at this stage.

During quieter months (typically November to February), we can often arrange visits within a week. Spring and summer are busier, and site visits may be scheduled two to four weeks out. For urgent requirements, we do our best to accommodate, so please mention if timing is critical.

For projects within our core service area, the initial site visit and discussion is complimentary. This allows us to understand your needs and provide an accurate proposal. For locations requiring significant travel, we may request a nominal fee to cover time and expenses, which is credited against any work you commission.

We can provide rough budget estimates based on photographs and descriptions, but accurate quotations require a site visit. Every garden has unique conditions affecting cost — access, soil type, existing features, slopes — and we prefer to quote accurately rather than revise figures later.

You will receive an acknowledgement within one working day, usually within a few hours. We will then follow up with some preliminary questions if needed and suggest convenient times for a site visit. There is no obligation, and no pressure — we understand that choosing a gardening partner is an important decision.
