Site Assessment

Proposal
Within two weeks, you receive a detailed proposal including design concepts, material specifications, and itemised costs.
Refinement
We review the proposal together and make adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the plan.
Installation
Work begins on the agreed date. We keep you informed of progress and address any questions promptly.
Handover
Final walkthrough, care instructions, and discussion of any ongoing maintenance needs. Your garden journey continues.

Our standard design package includes an initial consultation, site survey with measurements, soil analysis, a scaled plan showing proposed layout, a planting plan with species list, material specifications, and two rounds of revisions. For larger or more complex gardens, we offer extended packages with 3D visualisations and construction drawings.
For projects over £2,000, we request a 30% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation. This covers material procurement. A further 40% is due at the midpoint of construction, with the balance payable upon completion. For smaller projects, full payment is due on completion.
Maintenance contracts can be upgraded or downgraded with one month's notice. Many clients start with our Essential plan and move to Standard as their garden matures and requires more attention. We will advise if we think a different plan would better suit your garden's needs.
We primarily serve Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and neighbouring counties. For larger projects, we can work further afield — we have completed work in London, the Cotswolds, and along the south coast. Travel beyond our core area may incur additional costs.
All plants installed by our team come with a twelve-month establishment guarantee, provided you follow the watering and care guidance we provide. If a plant fails to thrive through no fault of your own, we will replace it at the next appropriate planting season. This guarantee does not cover damage from extreme weather, pests, or neglect.
